भारत में यहां तक कि किसी कार्य के एक छोटे हिस्से को स्थापित करने की क्षमता निश्चित ही ‘ड्रीम वर्क्स’ के लिए वित्तीय दृष्ट से लाभकारी है, पर्याप्त निम्न श्रम लागत जो संयुक्त राज्य का लगभग 40 प्रतिशत है और संयुक्त राज्य बाजार में बढ़ती प्रति स्पर्धा को देखते हुए विशिष्ठ ‘ड्रीम वर्क्स’ की फिल्म लागत निर्माण के लिए लगभग 130 मिलियन अमरीकी डॉंलर है परन्तु ‘ड्रीम वर्क्स’ के भारतीय संचालन प्रमुख और ‘पुस इन बूट्स’ के निर्माण श्री जोय अग्यूलर ने कहा था की भारत में विस्तार के लिए प्राथमिक औचित्य यहां के एक असाधारण मानव संसाधन का दोहन करना था।

73. The MoU for establishing mutual cooperation to improve the ecosystem for agribusiness provides for cooperation in the fields of agriculture census, agribusiness, Integrated Farming System, Irrigation, improved seeds, Soil Health Management, research, capacity building of local agribusiness, enhancing knowledge of entrepreneurs in the areas of food security and nutrition, developing climate resilient agriculture system, establishing facilities to test pesticide residues etc.

इस समझौते के परिणामस्वरूप कृषि गणना, कृषिगत कारोबार, समन्वित कृषि प्रणाली, सिंचाई, उन्नत बीज, मृदा स्वास्थ्य प्रबंधन, अनुसंधान, स्थानीय कृषिगत कारोबारों के क्षमता निर्माण, खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं पोषण के क्षेत्र में उद्यमियों की जानकारी बढ़ाने, जलवायु प्रतिरोधी कृषि प्रणाली विकसित करने, कीटनाशक अवक्षेपों आदि के परीक्षण के लिए सुविधाएं स्थापित करने आदि क्षेत्रों में सहयोग के लिए दोनों देशों के बीच परस्पर सहयोग बढ़ाने में मदद मिलेगी।
